Abstract
The additive steviol glycosides (E960) is a plant (Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni) extract that contains at least 95% of seven steviol glycosides but there are four dominant components: stevioside, rebaudioside A and C, dulcoside A. Rebaudioside A (Reb A)
