This document summarizes the outcome of the discussions within the thematic working group during the period June 2013 — Octobre 2014. There was decided on a common basis of understanding of what ‘personalized medicine’ means and came to a working definition for this group. A litterature study was performed and relevant information was compiled into a review paper.
